Procedure for admission

Application for the course will be issued by the Directorate of School Education, Chennai –6. The Applications scrutinized by the Directorate of School Education, Chennai and District wise separated and sent to the DEO’s concerned.

Examination centre

The centre is fixed by the DEO according to the number of the candidates. The applications verified by the DEO and admission given to attend the Course.

Examination Fees

An amount of Rs.215/- has been collected from the individual candidates.

Conduct of Examination

The Examination is conducted by the Directorate of Government Examinations, Chennai –600 006.

Hall ticket Distribution of Time table

The Register No’s allotted to each candidates by the D.G.E., and the numbers intimated to the concerned Training Institution, along with the time table.

Releasing of results.

The result will be released within three months after the Examination is over.

Despatch of Certificates

Those candidates who passed in the Examination the certificate will be issued and the failed candidates the failure intimation written and sent with centre wise for distribution to the Candidate concerned.
