Re-totaling

Candidates are permitted to apply for re-totaling in all subjects within the dates prescribed by this Department after the publication of results. Only increase in marks will be given effect.

Re-totaling all subjects in Higher Secondary & SSLC should be applied to Director of Government Examination within 5 days of the receipt of photostat copy of the answer scripts 

Fees and Mode of Payment:

For each Subject (Service Charge Rs. 5)

Rs.200 + 5/-

For subjects comprising two papers,
Eg, Biology, English & Tamil
(Service Charge Rs. 5)

Rs.300 + 5/-

Candidates in Chennai City should remit the prescribed fee in the form of D.D. drawn in favour of 

Director, 

Directorate of Government Examination, 

Chennai - 600 006.  

from a Nationalised Bank.

Candidates other than Chennai City may remit the prescribed fee under the following Head of Account through Chelan in Treasury/Sub-Treasury.
